CUSTOM LIQUID HEATING SOLUTION
Electric Inline Process Liquid Heater
Custom Electric Pipeline Liquid Heaters for Water, Oil, Chemical Liquids and Process Fluids
Xiangyuan Machinery designs and manufactures electric inline process liquid heaters for closed pipeline and circulation-loop fluid heating applications that require stable outlet temperature, pressure-bearing construction and customized material selection.
Installed directly in the pipeline, the heater heats liquid as it flows through the heating chamber. It can be customized for water, thermal oil, hydraulic oil, crude oil, heavy oil, chemical liquids, wastewater and other process fluids according to viscosity, flow rate, temperature, pressure and material compatibility.
Product Overview
An electric inline process liquid heater is a closed-pipeline electric heating unit installed directly in a liquid pipeline or circulation loop. Liquid enters the heating chamber through the inlet connection, exchanges heat with the flanged electric heating element bundle, and leaves the heater at the required outlet temperature.
The heater is mainly composed of a pressure-bearing shell, flanged immersion heating element bundle, inlet and outlet connections, internal flow guide structure, thermal insulation layer, temperature sensors, pressure monitoring port, terminal box and optional control cabinet.
Compared with tank heating or open immersion heating, an inline process liquid heater is more suitable for continuous fluid heating, pipeline preheating, circulation heating and process temperature control where liquid flow and outlet temperature need to be controlled.
It can be supplied as a single heater body or as a complete heating system with control cabinet, temperature instruments, flow interlock, pressure monitoring, dry-heating protection and over-temperature shutdown.
